Hey there! I'm Aimee, the passionate founder behind the transformative Glam Body Program.

For over 15 years, I battled with body image, restricted eating, and excessive exercise. As a teenager, I became hypercritical of my body, haunted by a relentless inner voice that demanded I shrink and take up as little space as possible.

In 2016, I hit rock bottom, and it was a profound wake-up call.
