Hi, I'm Aimee and I get it...
I'm a personal trainer, sports nutritionist, and I've been exactly where you are right now.
For 14 years (from age 15 to 29) I was stuck in the same exhausting cycle you might recognize:
Going all-in with the strictest plan possible. White-knuckling through for a few weeks. Burning out. Falling off. Gaining it back. Starting over with an even MORE rigid approach next time.

In 2017, I finally hit rock bottom. I was 29 years old, burnt out from years of over-exercising and restrictive eating, and had unintentionally gained 12kg in 8 weeks.
I was done torturing myself.
That's when I made a decision that felt terrifying at the time: I stopped trying to diet. For the first time in my adult life, I ate at maintenance calories and shifted my focus to building muscle and strength instead.
What happened next surprised me...
The less rigid I was with food rules, the less I thought about food and the easier it became to stay consistent.
And with improved consistency - better physique results flowed naturally
After 6 months of this approach, I entered a deficit from August to December 2017.
And finally, I had the seamless deficit I'd be yearning for all those years.
That deficit worked because I wasn't desperate anymore. I'd separated my worth from my body, which gave me the mental space to be consistent.
