59 - What it’s *really* like to leave body image BS behind

There’s a lot of talk about body confidence, especially on social media, but from what I’ve seen, not much tangible evidence of what it’s actually like to leave body image bs behind for good

 

We are often told, ‘it’s normal to feel shit in your body or have bad body image days’.

 

I disagree. 

 

It’s common for sure, but I’m a firm believer that bad body image  days can become a thing of the past.

 

In today’s episode I paint a picture for you of what it actually feels like to leave body image bs behind for good.

I go through:

  • The underlying beliefs you need to hold to make this change
  • Examples of what will change in your life when you make this shift
  • A conversation I had with a returning client of my who’s done a complete 180 in her journey and the new perspective she holds around body image and food.
