74 - Cheat meals, reverse dieting, flexibility & social media. I’ve changed my mind

It’s been 6.5 years since I first stepped foot on the gym floor as a PT and boy oh boy have I, a) learnt a lot and also b) experienced a lot. 

 

This week I take a few topical concepts and speak on what I used to think, what I see as a more valuable way to approach them and why my beliefs have changed.
