103 - Something better than “listen to your body”

Listen to your body can get confused for following the path laid out by your initial thoughts on a matter. But when it comes to being an adult, this would spell chaos in any area of your life, so why would it be any different when it comes to training and nutrition?

 

In this episode I propose a more accurate way to interpret the phrase by practicing and experimenting with tuning into your physiological needs as opposed to your thoughts.
