138 - Training for aesthetics is only unhealthy if you’re doing it wrong

Controversial I know - but this statement shouldn’t be and that’s what I’m arguing in today’s episode. 


I know a lot of us have come from a place of unhealthy behaviours in an attempt to get our body to fit a particular mold. But if your goal is more muscle mass and a leaner physique the only option that will get you both the best results and ensure they’re sustainable - is a healthy one.
