185 - My current favourite tool to reduce perfectionism

It seems like 2026 has already been a doozy for a lot of us. But just because life is cray cray, doesn't mean you don't want to achieve your goals any less, right?

Then you add on the layer of being a perfectionist and it can feel all too hard real quick and cause you to quit.
